Which is the best MLB team in California?

Last season the Angels where the only California team to make the playoffs. Are they still the best California team or have the Padres, Giants, Dodgers or A's done enough to pass them?

 

I thught the Padres made it also? Or was that a regular season game against the Rockies?

Dodgers are the best here in LA, even though the Angels want to steal there spotlight.

I guess you could consider that tie breaker game making it to the playoffs.
