Terry should have passed the ball out to Dirk. He was wide open.

Avery Johnson sticks Kidd on the bench in the closing seconds. As a result, Dallas doesn't even a get a shot off, despite having TWO possessions.

Who's the BOSS?! That is what Avery is seemingly trying to cry out. Sacrificing the team to get his message across. Who the hell does he think he is?! From his playing days with San Antonio I've always felt that he thought he was that good. Calling himself the leader of the Spurs which had David robinson and the up and coming Duncan. Sure he was an effective piece for the Spurs. But a piece that they could do without. In an earlier interview, Avery jokingly said that "Jason thinks he passes better than him". I think his statements was anything but a joke to him. He believes that he is better than Jason. Well COCKROACH, say that when Kidd is formally inducted to the Hall of Fame. You may wear a suit during games, but you will always be a little talent, average, egotistic and a nobody (if not for the ring you wear because of two great stars you were playing with). Like your nickname... A COCKROACH!
