Why not make a run for him? He is a very good player for his age and adds some vet experience that the Raptors lack. Not to mention he is a pretty good shooter and for a vets minmum, why not? I know this is doubtful, but Barry would be a great pick-up, don't you think?
I find him a better defensive player who can hold some players down that Moon has trouble with. I think for what Barry is asking for, which is a vets min, why not just take a run at him.
He's worse. Much, much worse. I think he definitely fits on this roster, Shake. But where do we fit him in? There really aren't many more minutes to hand out at the guard spots. I think we're pretty much set with this roster. Everyone's capable of playing minutes and has a solid role, we just need the players themselves to step up and be more consistent.
I'm not sure he's the guy you want to bring in. A fine player, with a good attitude (as far as I've heard) but the short term gain probably doesn't outway the setback in delevolpement.
