what stood out to me tonight was after Devin stepped over the picks we saw Marcus come off the bench and did the same thing, Marcus Williams and Devin Harris are pushing each other to play w/ thier all. First Marcus that court vison is amazing he literally reminds me of young Mark Jackson, he hits you in rythmn, keeps the hot shooter hot, and I notice that Kirstic is starting to play well all of the sudden. Second Devin Harris I mean what's there to say he's the blur, he can shoot on a given night, he's that perfect change of pace player that makes the bench even better. I want his speed on the court conserved because at times he can get lost out there. Tony Parker meets A.I. unbelievable impact. Either way Marcus 11 pts. 5 rebs. 8 assts. 2 stls. Devin 21 pts. 1 rebs. 5 assts. 1 stls. CONGRATS THRON/KIKI

What's great is that they run the floor differently which gets teams off guard. Great contributions from both PGs!
thing with marcus is this, some nights, his passes are so damn amazing, you cant help to think, how'd he know he was open, but other nights, he'll totally disappear, that goes to being a young kid who needs consistent minutes to be consistent, if he can learn to be consistent, he'll be an amazing backup PG

Take tonight for example (I guess that's all you can base this topic on), the team was much more efficient being lead by Devin than Marcus. I want as much Devin as I can get, while being spelled by Marcus, not the other way around.
Devin is the starter, but it's gonna be nice having a guy like Marcus coming off the bench for 25 mins a night.

What you said about Marcus is spot on...but Devin is still the starter.

I'm all for his defense in the starting lineup but I'm more thinking where can you get better ball movement and shot selection w/ him. He looks better used off the bench, a guy that can generate points for the 2nd unit and get points in the paint vs the weaker subs.

Great PG rotation, I actually think Marcus will be a better player w/o Kidd shadow. I really had no idea what we were getting in Harris. Marcus had a more all around game and Harris had a great scoring impact.
Devin is the better player so he will be the starter. If Marcus can't contribute like he did tonight off the bench then he does not belong in the NBA.

And for the whole team, 25 assists, and 8 turnovers! When was the last time we had less that 10 turnovers???
let's be real people, we all know Lawrence frank by now, marcus is going to be benched three games from now. What's going to happen is Marcus is going to be traded this offseason, especially if the nets reconsider trading vince for JO. I still believe marcus is a starting pg.

What I noticed last night is when Devin Harris drove and then handed the ball off to Diop for the open look, Krstic could easily be the most dangerous person to have doing that. We have Devin Harris either running into the big who stays put or the big has followed Krstic giving Devin an easy look to the basket. Our other combo ofcourse is Williams and Boone who do the pick and roll so well. Definately got to have them on the court together at all times just because it gives those two more options as well as the guys around them.
