Get him in with a high-energy lineup when the other team's starters are tired and watch him dominate.

He's done it now twice in the last two games.

17 minutes is his sweet spot. He played great in his first 15 minute stint against the Magic, then his considerable weaknesses presented themselves in extended minutes. He became a huge negative.

His skill is heating up quick and putting up points. When he is asked to do more, the Nets pay.

Definitely what we need from him. I've wanted him in this role for a while now, because of his defense, or lack thereof.

Isn't this type of instant-offense swingman who can shoot and score exactly what the Nets need?

he is also equal amount of time a type of swingman who can not shoot. but if we need him I hope it's in the role you described - 15 minutes total.

I think we can discuss Boki's role without saying if we need him; we do. We need a guy who can come in and hit three's in the clutch and get to the line; no doubt about that.

Of course that's not to say Boki should be on the court at all times. He's been pretty inconsistent this season, but he's still a valuable asset to have on the days he's hot. I think picking up Capital helps cover Boki's off nights, because you can run a lineup of Devin, Marcus, Trenton, et al, and have 3 point potential in Marcus

Yeah. He scored 13 straight points last night.

He had 11 points in three minutes the other night against the Magic.

he was excellent last night, 4-5 from the field but against orlando in 34 minutes he was 4-12 and before that against indy, he was 0-4. he';s shooting 40% from the field and 35% from three on the year. not really instant offense, more like inconsistent, sometimes good offense

You happen to read the part where I said he should only play 17 minutes because after that all you get out of him is diminishing returns?
