O.K. Here's how it works, someone posts the name of a game and other people rate it or post other games. Simple really I'll go first: Turok
nice idea for a thread, Turok: Played the demo and it seemed like a fun game but i haven't yet bought it. 7/10 Call of duty 4?
I'd say 9/10, and that's based on multiplayer alone. I haven't played solo, but multiplayer was a blast and blew Halo 3 out of the water. Burnout Paradise
Well apparently on Paradise you don't have a set track to follow, you just have to get to the finishing line, the burnout series in general is quite good, but if you want a racing game, I wouldn't get it. 7/10
Max, I got FM2 with my 360 and it has loads and loads of cars, including Tuscans and Sagaris's , when you crash, it's quite unrealstic (THe damage and where your car goes) but I like it. 8/10 As for DMC4 all my friends wanna get it which hints at it being good, but personally I have never played any of them, I'm not going to post another game because someone else needs to do DMC4
i played 1 & 2 on my PS2 and thoroughly enjoyed both of 'em. It's my birthday this week so i might pick it up Pre-owned, 8.5/10 ummmm...... Frontlines: Fuel of War
9/10 Awesome Graphics + SOund Super Special Awesome Gameplay up to 50 online Reason for no 10? I don't have live. Fifa Street 3
Hudge i recommend Live its its the main reason i got my Xbox. OK then FS3. I played the demo and i kinda liked it but it liked the style of FS2 and i don't go much on all the cartoony characters and such. 6/10 Fifa 08
Good game for 360, don't like the lack of a be a pro career mode, like the superstar in madden, hated the PSP version so much I wrote a letter of complaint to EA Sports. 360: 7/10 PSP: 2/10 NFS Pro Street
FIFA 08 is pretty fun. I picked that up on Saturday. I'm not a big footy fan but I'm getting into it as a result of the game. NFS Pro Street -- 6/10 Should be called NFS: X-treme Advertising I also picked up DMC4 which is interesting. I'll give it 7/10. It is a typical silly Capcom game. I think Capcom will eventually just make movies and give up making games. Sometimes it seems like you're only playing to fill the void between cinematics. I don't know if it is an accurate depiction of what Japanese people think is cool, but the characters in the game, their dialogue, their "attitude", and such, are just really dated and probably appeal to a younger age group (pre-teens and junior high-schoolers?). People that think smoking or dying your hair makes you cool, I guess. Anybody been playing Army of Two? Anyone with a review?
I personally love DMC4. The story is actually pretty good in it and the action is fast paced. Too bad I haven't touched it since I got Smash Bros. Brawl, which is currently eating up all my gaming time. As for Army of Two, I've heard it's great if you have two players but crap otherwise.
My friend has army of 2 and just to add to what moo said, when playing on your own you have to control both people, which just sounds like hassle to me. Assasin's Creed
Assassin's Creed -- 9.5/10 Sweet game, though it doesn't finish the way it should. Also, combat is a bit repetitive. Condemned 2: Bloodshot
I think I'd agree with your AC comments. I got bored of it for I while, but I'll go back to playing it. Condemned? VERY gory, but too much thought involved and two many games, and you know during the long cut scenes, you go and make a cuppa or something? Well you can't. You have to listen to every detail. still 7/10 if you want a detective game. Gears of War, when it was released, and now.
The 2K series is stale as hell now, at least for me. So much so I probably won't buy 2K9, which would be the first time in seven or eight years I won't pick it up. I don't think there is much more they can do with basketball. I'll give 2K8 an eight, its a solid game, but the replay value is a low and I think the series has peaked. What about Dark Sector?
