No need for Dodger game threads, you talk about games here. News and all the other stuff go here.

Hate Andruw Jones, feel free to talk about him here. Andruw Jones Watch

Ugh, anybody watch todays game, just awful I mean how bad is Loiaza that guy seriously needs to get cut or be in the bullpen this guy will be the nest Tomko of last season.

    10-3 Braves.

The only thing good about the game was that Kuroda didn't look that bad.

Still no update on who is going to be our opening day starter but it all points out to Penny.

Good what an ugly lost today we pretty much had the game won but then had to kill it in the 9th inning.

From what I've seen Eithier and Kemp are playing great in spring training the best thing Torre could do is bench Pierre and play Either in LF Jones in CF and Kemp in RF.

Brad Penny should start on opening day can't wait!

We need a 3B Hu or Abreu could play but theres rumors on Crede and Inge.I'll stick with Hu or Abreu but Crede will be ok.

Crazy ass game yesterday, I mean Garciaparra got hurt and there was nobody else to play Third so they had Russell Martin come in and play 3B! Haha anyways I think it might be time to promote Broxton to the Closer role since Saito has blown the last two saves.

Dodgers won 8-7 in 13 inning.

DeWitt is solid, but Nomar was playing great batting 3rd in the line up . Hes becoming more injury prone then never.

glad you bring that up since Rosenthal just talk about Kershaw and his situation.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Dodgers are planning on "integrating" Clayton Kershaw soon to throw a limit of 150 IP; however this doesn't (yet) make Esteban Loaiza expendable as they would alternate the two in the rotation, Kershaw starting twice, and then Loaiza twice, and so on. I say "(yet)" because Rosenthal doesn't mention that the rotation will get crowded if/when Jason Schmidt returns in early June. I would expect they'll explore options, but be content using Loaiza out of the bullpen. By the way, Kershaw has a 1.40 ERA with 31 K in 25.2 IP for Double-A Jacksonville.</div>

I cant belive Kershaw was 7-5 with the Loons last year (Single A). If he had a halfway decent team behind him it woulda been crazy.

yup, I heard great things about kershaw before, he seems like the real deal. i actually wanted the dodgers to draft Tim Lincecum instead of Kershaw.
