<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (NetsDaily)</div><div class='quotemain'>One of the big surprises of Devin Harris’ debut was a three-point shot from five feet beyond the arc. He made it, then hit two more. That’s not in the scouting report. Harris says get ready for more. ”With the last team, there were certain things I could and could not do. It’s a new start here, so I’m letting it all out.” Also, in an NBA wrap-up, Boki Nachbar says don’t count Yao out of the Olympics. He’s seen his courage.</div> NBA Notes - - AP Let 'em loose, Frank! <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>"The freedom to do it here is a little bit different. If I can space a guy out that far, we'll have a lot of success,'' Harris said. "Going out on the screen-and-rolls, like I said, I had a specific role, get to the basket and make plays. With a little freedom here just to be able to step back and shoot it, hopefully I can just stretch them out that far, and like I said, it's going to make it a lot easier for a lot of guys, not just myself.'' Nets coach Lawrence Frank has no plans to discourage Harris from pulling up for jumpers. "When you are making perimeter shots like he is and you are as fast as he is, he is a really hard cover,'' Frank said.</div> This sounds fun. Could be a good idea. We'll have to wait and see, with that. BTW, does anyone get the feeling we don't even know who Devin Harris really is, as a player?
I thought he was a good PG to begin with. But now it looks like Avery really held him back in Dallas. Hopefully he's even better than we thought.

He's nowhere near selfish infact he's the opposite but his job right now is to make players around him better before he thinks of his freedom on taking 3 point bombs at best I hope he can be a Tim Hardaway in his prime. I still wouldn't hand the keys of the car to him let him earn it first.

There are other ways to be productive; Devin can have a positive impact without assisting more than he's scoring.
