According to the Oregonian the Blazers tried hard to land Calderon at the deadline this year, but Colangelo didn't entertain the idea. My best guess would be that they offered Jarrett Jack, Chris Bosh's buddy, a pick, and possibly Channing Frye. Colangelo probably made the right move.
At this point, you'd have to believe that BC would be more willing to part with TJ than Calderon. Teams had their chance last summer to make a run for Jose, but he's a keeper now.

Good article. I always forget that the Blazers have Rudy coming in from Spain. That wouldn't be so bad to see Roy and PG and Rudy at SG. The Blazers could be pretty deadly.
