Over the past 7 years RJ has had great stretches and bad stretches, but mostly he's been pretty solid. Marcus has had a handful of good games in his 1.5 years. Just thought I would provide a little perspective in the middle of a witch hunt. The funny thing is that people complain when no one on the team is calling anyone out in public/press. When it happens they take offense to the message and turn it back on the messenger. Make up your minds... do you want public disclosure and tough love or do you want to continue questioning peoples hearts and not knowing what goes on behind the closed gym doors?</div> in my case, i was just saying practice what you preach...in my previous post, i described a play where rj got outhustled by manu going for the ball because rj was leisurely trying to pick it up...you don't need to be having a good game to give the effort a player like manu always gives...
Right now I'd say Marcus Williams has the best shot selection out of everyone on this team. He seems to know when to drive and when to shoot which has made me happy knowing that he is improving.

He just needs to continue working on his shooting...since he's not always consistent with it. Most of the time, he takes a shot ONLY when he's wide open. Sometimes, he loses sight, misses an open big man down low, and bricks a shot he shouldn't have taken.
