we need to fix something !!!! i know, remember that free throw coach on tnt for the maverics last year. probably not, but he was the bomb !! they were like 90 % in free throws. we need to get that guy.

He sucks. This team sucks at shooting so he should go. He's not connecting with the players and correcting their mistakes. This team is 3rd worst in FG% and tied for 6th worse in free throw shooting.

no it is not possible to hire a new trainer. they are assigned to a team by the league office after applying for a position and passing their professional sports medicine boards. it's kind of like the peace corps like that.

Thanks for clearing that up. I had no idea about that. Well then, how come some teams, like the Pistons, get a nice trainer and never get injured...while other teams, like the Wizards, get their annual out-for-the-year injury? I think what you originally meant was a better strength and conditioning coach... not necessarily a trainer. We have the best trainer in the league and that's a fact. The problem with coaching mostly seemed to be motivation. We have talent, we have guys who know x's and o's, guys who can help develop talent - we just need to play more inspired basketball.
