I saw the end of the game and he was congratulating Lebron. maybe you can give him the benefit of the doubt and say he's 'recruiting' Lebron but i'm not sure it's right that he's at the garden taking in Knicks games. He's done it more than once and last time i recall it was on a day when the Nets had a home game which irked me. Cavs are coming here next week so it's not like he would've had to wait long to see Lebron again. Just seems to me like once he crossed over to the ownership group then he should be a little more selective about where he's seen but maybe that's just me
I really do not mind. LeBron is his best friend and Jay - Z is a part owner for us. He'd rather watch him than Memphis.

I doubt we are going to get him but still would be amazing. If Jay - Z could manage that, he needs to be full time owner. What you gonna do Usher?

Jay Z is doing it for the money. (commercial sales, etc) Don't see the Nets in any way getting the King. (unless you offer 500 million dollars for 5 years) But then again what do I know? lol
Holy crap!!!! Why can't Usher be a part owner for us? The only requirement we'll have is he can't wear clothes to any of the games. Too bad all the fans at izod center would drown from all the excess pussy juice that would come whenever the female fans see him. Instead we get flabby fatass Jay-Z? He makes me wet because I puke down the front of myself every time I see him.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'> Lebron to New York? Isn’t Brooklyn Part of New York? March 6, 2008, 10:35 am Jay-Z had floor seats at the Garden last night for Lebron James’ 50-point blowout of the Knicks, jawing with his favorite NBA player about his inability to get a triple double (he finished two rebounds short). Meanwhile, New York reporters kept asking about whether he would want to play in New York, as in the Knicks. Lebron says he loves playing in the Garden, but didn’t express love for the Knicks. Others are speculating about the Nets’ minority owner and the 6′-8″ wunderkind uniting in Brooklyn. Does anyone else see the eerie similarities between the constant flirtations between Jay-Z and LeBron, and those between Lorelei Gilmore and Luke on the show Gilmore Girls? Anyone? Really, just me?

not that big of a deal, Bron is always throwing up the ROC sign (which I think is kinda stupid,lol)...but I could see how it wouldn't sit right with some Nets fans...........
well jayz and lebron have some kind of special relationship... they go on vacation together and host parties together... they are butt buddies... 2010 is when he can opt out and that is the same season (2010-2011) we are intending to move the team to brooklyn... a man can hope
