From Lakers.com: "The ankle sprain is severe enough that he will miss the remainder of the Lakers 4 game road trip. Pau will be re-assessed in the next few days to determine the full extent of the injury." http://my.lakers.com/blogs/2008/03/14/pau-ankle-injury/
Wow what a heartbreaker, anyways its better to have a healthy Pau rather then to have him all fucked up an all.
I'm convinced the only player on this team capable of not sustaining an injury that keeps him out of games is Kobe. Why do key players have to get hurt? Why can't it be some pathetic scrub like Sasha or Fisher? I can't wait to get Bynum back, screw Gasol. I just miss AB17 :-(
F*ck... Battle for #1 on Sunday baby! Kobe vs. Tmac!!! I hope to come out 2 - 2 in this roadtrip... Get well soon Pau and Andrew!
Same shit over and over again. Injuries injuries injuries. Happens every single ****ing year. Whatever, I guess we'll just have to accept the fact that this team will never stay healthy. Our team's ankles are always made out of glass. Chris Mihm, Kwame Brown, Laron Profit (remember him?), Space Cadet, Puke Walton, Sasha Vujacic, how many players on our roster suffer from ankle problems? It's getting old
I wouldn't say Bynum has a history of injuries or anything. Pau is a tad soft with some injuries but has been mostly durable.

He sprained his left ankle last night which is different (high ankle sprain at worst). He could be out 4-6 weeks like TO before his playoff game. That's close to the worst case possible though.

I don't think Pau would be considered "injury prone" if he would just sack up and play through some injuries. All players, get lots of ankle sprains but most guys STFU and play through it. Hes going to miss 3 games with an ankle sprain. You're not on the Grizz anymore Pau, the Lakers want to WIN. Hopefully Kobe tells him to take the tampon out, tape the shit out of his ankle and get on the floor.

He only played something like 26 games in high school because he was hurt all the time.
Yeah, in High School he was injured often, but in the pro's this is really his first injury that I can recall.
