I like that he wants to fight GSP again. He is GSP's best competition at 170lbs. I don't know how a second fight might go--both guys have improved since their last tilt. I'd probably give the edge to BJ because he is better standing and he is dangerous off his back, and this time I think he wouldn't gas so quickly. Then again, we need to see if Sherk can drag him into deep water (fourth, fifth rounds) and if BJ can stay active.
I'd like to see both guys go through a few title contenders before they meet. At 170 there are so many good fighters who deserve a shot starting with Jon Fitch so to bounce their title shot once again for BJ would be unfair. Let them both do what Anderson Silva did then talk about a rematch. as for Mayhem Miller.. no idea why they didn't keep this great personality around... another example of the UFC dropping the ball IMO.

Only fighter I know who smiles even when getting rocked. haha
I guess I'm in the minority. I think Mayhem is annoying. Mildly amusing at times Penn vs. GSP 2 makes me drool. I think Penn knows his cardio has been his downfall. I just hope that he hasn't made lifestyle choices in the past that will make it difficult to ever rectify that problem. (excessive smoke intake!)

Had tix, BUT I had an all day class canceled in February and rescheduled for that day. won't be back in town until late that evening. Sick card though, was pretty pumped. Just have to PVR it. You?
would love to have gone but I'm busy at home with a 5 month old son... bed time is very early these days for me. hoping he'll be sleeping through the night for July's Freedom Fight event.

Just invest (if you haven't already) in a PVR and you won't miss the good cards. First thing I did when our first was born.
