Still in shock. They almost scored 200 points!!

What's the record for most points in a game by a team?

    Camby had a triple-double (assists, not blocks). Nuggets had a ridiculous eFG% (68.32) and TS% (72.16).

    Crazy.

Not quite. That's like saying when Kobe scored 81, he almost scored 96 (19% increase).

In regulation, the Celtics and the Suns scored 173 each (against Minneapolis, '59, and Denver, '90, respecitvely).

Difference is the Nuggets weren't trying in the 4th quarter and large segments of the 2nd quarter. The Nuggets scored 168 points while coasting for several minutes of game time

I'm surprized that the Nuggets scored 173 points and didn't have to play Melo, Kmart, Camby or AI more than 27 minutes.

    Starters minutes:
    A. Carter (25 min), AI (27 min), Melo (27), Kmart (26), Camby (27 min)

The Sonics are bad, but that is a wild score.

    Was Alex English playing?!
