<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>All 10 fighters who were tested by the Ohio Athletic Commission were clean of steroids and drugs of abuse.

Ohio Athletic Commission Executive Director Bernie Profato, who got a call from the lab just this morning, contacted MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) with the results.

"UFC 82: Pride of a Champion" took place at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Anderson Silva defeated Dan Henderson -- and unified the UFC and PRIDE titles -- in the night's main event.

According to Profato, the 10 winning fighters from the event were tested. They included Silva, Heath Herring, Chris Leben, Yushin Okami, Jon Fitch, Andrei Arlovski, Luigi Fioravanti, Josh Koscheck, Diego Sanchez and Jorge Gurgel.

UFC 82 was the third UFC event held in Ohio and overseen by the OAC. UFC 68 (Columbus) and UFC 77 (Cincinnati) both took place in the state in 2007.</div>

this shouldn't have to be news but with the sport trying to go mainstream and the baseball hearing, football stories and the fact that MMA fighters have tested positive, this can't help but make the UFC look more legit IMO.
