They need a coach with some god damn offensive creativity. Sam is very x's and o's, play how you want. It really holds back Bosh, Bargnani and Calderon, mostly from doing greater things.

He got coach of the year from the major turn around the Raptors made. I don't think he is the worst coach out there, but he makes some very costly decisions that hurt the team. I'm surprised at how bad he is sometimes, especially with the assistant coaches we have. I trust Colangelo though, he will make a move when he feels it's needed.
Its always easy to blame the coach, and I won't defend Sam's shortcomings, but I can't help but think the mental makeup of this team is mostly at fault. The 'good guy' team won't succeed in pro sports.
