I don't know if there are any other Georgetown fans on S2, but if so, I feel your pain. Obviously, the outcome of the Davidson game was shocking and near-devastating, but I don't think it's the end of the world for us.

Don't forget about our top recruit, Greg Monroe. He is considered the best high school senior by a lot of national sites, scouts, and whatnot. Apparently, he has the potential to be a star.

I'll really miss the big fella, Wallace, and Ewing Jr. a ton next season, but Georgetown's future looks pretty bright. I think Summers is gonna have a big year, and Freeman is only gonna get better year-by-year. Sapp will be our stability from the perimeter, Vernon Macklin should get a big opportunity, Jeremiah will continue to be our stopper, and let's hope Monroe lives up to the hype.

With all that said, I think the guy to really watch out for in the next year or two is Chris Wright. He showed a ton of great flashes at the end of the season with his amazing quickness, shooting ability, and first step. I think he could establish himself as a pretty good player at some point, and with Wallace out of the picture, he should get a chance next year.

    We'll be alright.
