I've never seen Lamar play this good consistently for this long.

Wow, Warriors got FUCKED on that offensive foul. Fisher clearly grabbed him and pulled him down. I pray to god that shit gets on sportscenter and publicized. Jesus what a bullshit play and terrible call. Let em play ref. Delaney didn't even have the angle to make that call there, where were the two other refs to correct it?

Congrats Lakers. Chances are oyu would have won but its still just a pathetic ending to an otherwise fantastic game.

It was a terrible call, I don't get why they swallow their whistles all game, especially against the Lakers...and then give them a bail out call. Shit is flawed. Call the game fair, for once.

I agree it was a pretty bad call, but the Lakers were getting a lot of unfavorable calls as well tonight, not saying that the call was justified though. But the Warriors played us tough, and just as I expected, we split both games. Good luck to you guys in the future, maybe we'll meet again in the playoffs!

Btw, that FT during the end of the fourth quarter that Lamar missed wasn't a choke. It was just bad luck. The ball went in and out.

I fell asleep and woke up just in time to see the beginning of overtime.
Great to see Kobe hit those final two FTs in crunch time too.

My God must he be exhausted, he rested only a minute and ten seconds I believe.

i agree that was a bad call but it's not the officiating went one way .... the same could have been said for that charge on Kobe when he jump passed to Sasha at the corner and the 3 got waived off. Harrington leaned into Kobe as he jumped, then fell backwards ... That's either a no call or a block

and that ticky tact lane violation two plays later .. wtf was that.

We could both go back and find 100 questionable calls on either side. This one was a case in which one player pulled a downright chicken shit move, its not just bad judgment by the ref. Fisher just grabbed on and fell on his back, its a shameless move by a guy who is supposed to have class. I didn't have much respect for him before but its all gone now.

Theoretically, the refs are supposed to let them play when the game is on the line. Delaney had the worst angle of all of the refs on that one, the other two refs let it go and let them play on. Delaney decided the game when he should have really let it go. Thats a sackless move by Fisher, not that I expected any different from him, but the refs are only condoning that shit by giving him the offensive foul.

You think they would have called it if the Lakers were taking it out and Monta grabbed Fisher and just fell on his back?

i didn't say that was a good call, i agree that officiating was bad both ways, that was my point .. and to address your question, if the refs called a lane violation on Kobe on the first of two foul shots, what reason would I have to believe that they wouldn't have called a foul on Fish if Monta grabbed him and fell too. Bad call - yes, bias call- no

Well, I wouldn't really question Fisher's character on that one play [IMG]

That was quite a physical inbounds play to begin with. Kobe and Baron were tied up pretty good. Fish definitely grabbed Monta as he was falling down. It was pretty congested and I guess Fish's instinct was to grab somebody to soften the fall somehow. I don't know. It was wack and the Warriors deserved to play out the final seconds, to win, tie, or lose...

If anything Run, it should have been a no call in my eyes. Monta did bull over Fisher, but Fisher exaggerated it by grabbing Monta and brining him down. Push and Pull scenario.

I wouldn't call it a classless move either, it was a veteran move. Very savvy.

Savvy my ass. He was out of control and he grabbed Monta. Game deciding calls are pathetic. Game deciding calls that are wrong are just criminal. That's it. See you guys in the playoffs! [IMG]

    Odom had a great night.

    He played all 53 minutes.
    23 points on 67% FG%, 21 boards, 5 assists, 5 blocks, and 2 steals, with 3 TOs.

Completely agree with you. Should have just let the play go on.

Delanie knows he fucked it up, he just canceled his appearance on the bay area's biggest sports radio talk show. He was supposed to come on tomorrow to publicize his book. That call may have cost him a lot of book sales he could have gotten from the bay area.
