LOL Hockey? That's still a sport? Oh shit, that's an insult to be a mod of the hockey forum. But that's for a whole nother debate. Hockey...you could've at least got something a little cooler...like...soccer.

No for reals though, Universe is cool. Just givin' him a hard time...after all, he's an egotistical fucker. Universe? Who names themselves after something so big and dominant?

It'd be a pain to mod him for all the teams, now wouldn't it?

    Yet more appropriate?

I would assume so. I like Mamba, am also just giving Uni a hard time.

I don't have something to say. I post at a forum what I see with my own eyes. If that's not considered what many think is smart then what's the point of a forum? Everyone would agree with everyone and it would look a lot like Happy Days.

Calling me unintelligent about basketball because I have a different opinion from what I've seen is a low blow in my opinion but that is also your opinion and I'm not trying to impress anyone.

If I was, I would not have become a Nets fan. [IMG]

Brian's finally hitting puberty. I think his balls dropped, he's on the offensive in this thread. Never seen that before.

    Dude, shut up [IMG]

Sorry for going off topic. Probably wasn't appropriate

    Anyways, back on topic:

Bruce Bowen is a dirty player, he is a vile scumbag and I hope he dies. The only thing he could possibly be good for is injuring another scumbag, like maybe Raja Bell. He's lucky he plays for the Spurs, if he was a Laker, David Stern would have him out of the league years ago

Wow Universe has really been put on the spot in this thread.

I bet if this forum had a respectable presence of Spurs fans, then he wouldn't be on the spot. Anyway I do agree that Bruce Bowen has his dirty moments, on average more than others. However he does play hard staying in front of his man, and putting energy into holding his ground. He also fits well in the team defense.

Anyway, even if Universe's opinion is off on Bruce Bowen, I'm sure u could pick out other mods who think things about certain players that you totally disagree with.

Sportstwo seems like its completely basketball.

Brian has issues with the things Uni said about Andrew Bynum's trainer and Pippen. It's not really that he dislikes Uni's Point of View, but the fashion in which he presented some arguments.

I'm summarizing what Brian wanted to say. : O

Well appreciate the input Heuvon. I was just speaking on what I saw from the thread, not previous tension between the two.

Anyway, I just didn't think a guy should be questioned on their 'modship' or say they have no bball knowledge just because they don't like what they think about a player.

    Yeah thanks huevon [IMG]

And for the record, I didn't make that post just because of this thread. Like I said, it was based on past experiences as well.

Anyways, I'm over it. I've been in a bad mood lately so pardon my behavoir

Brian's just pissed off because he's never been given the opportunity, despite being a great member. I feel you.

    That's not a phrase...

In an attempt to steer this thread back on topic:
Bruce Bowen IS dirty. He also defends better than any other player in the NBA. He'd be among the first role players I'd choose.

We should do that. First S2 GM, all role player, draft.

I highly doubt that, especially at this stage. Interior defense is more important.
