Thorn hears the calls for Frank’s head, but he knows more about what the coach does than the media and fans, and “I don’t see anything that can transpire that would change my mind.” Thorn says Frank is returning - Dave D'Alessandro - Star-Ledger</div> http://www.netsdaily.com/?p=5746

Well with Thorn issuing this statment clearly his not seeing what we are seeing. Lets see, 5 years as the coach, about 8 guys we have drafted since then and only 2 have developed into solid role players. ( I don't give frank credit yet on area 51)

Some just suck others develop at their own pace. It's not like any of these players have gone on to successful careers on other teams. The only one still in the league and not on the Nets is Antoine.
Frank gave Wright tons of chances to prove himself, but he couldn't do it. Hard to blame Frank for that one. That's more a Thornski mistake.

Adams was a 2nd round pick who was cut after his first year in the league because of the luxury tax; you can't call that a failure.

If he develops his shot overseas, he'll be back, but he does need to work.
