As a non-Bulls fan, I have seen over the past few years quite a bit of contention between the Bulls fans regarding Paxson and Skiles. Obviously Skiles is now gone so I am left with one rather simple question.

Is there anyone out there that still trusts in Paxson to run the Bulls?

I don't think you'll get a vote of confidence from this particular group of Bulls fans. Although I'd be happy to have someone disagree.

You're talking to a guy who used to have a "Fire Paxson" club in his signature with 50 people who joined it.

I thought BJ Armstrong deserved the job. He apprenticed under Krause, and while he was doing his job evaluating talent, the team did draft Brand, Artest, Crawford, Curry, Chandler, Crawford, and signed Brad Miller as a FA.

Pax lost my trust when he fired Cartwright after forcing him to play Marcus Fizer who wasn't really willing or able to play while recovering from surgery, and then cutting Corey Blount one day after he would have been able to sign with a team and be eligible for the playoff roster. There's the Curry heart problem fiasco, dumping players for cap space, how they treated Tim Thomas, how he traded Antonio Davis when he wanted to maybe play one more season and retire a Bull...

I used to be happy with Paxson. However I've turned on him this last season. Just the inability to do something with Gordon or Deng, whether it be resign, S&T, something.

I think all in all, the Bulls are a poorly run organisation and it starts with Reinsdorf as owner. In my opinion the owner shouldn't be making any moves. If hes made the right choice in hiring someone, then that person should be making all the moves.

I dont think the Bulls have a bright future until they get thier management sorted out. If you look at all the successful teams, they usually have good management steering them in the right direction.

This is a bit off topic, but I'm going to be a management consultant next year. I'd love to go into the Bulls organisation and get this crap sorted out!

I can't really give an accurate assessment because I am not sure how much of the decision making is in Paxsons hands versus Reinsdorf's.

JPax's handling of the Deng and Gordon situations are disappointing.

I'm not sure. We don't know what Deng/Gordon are asking for. If they are asking for $70M/6, then I understand why nothing has been done. And I don't blame Paxson for that.
