I rarely make sigs with people in them, its truely not my best work but its for Favre. Soo =D

There's a black mark on his left elbow that looks like it doesn't belong, but otherwise is a decent tag. Try messing around with creating some lighting affects

O-o I never noticed that black guy.... Ew. Must fix(when he was the chance =D)
 
I just did a quickie with the clone stamp tool. You can probably do better than I did, if you take your time.

I added a black/white gradient map, set it to multiply; then a dark-green to light brown gradient fill, set it to soft light (i think?); curves; then blur and sharpening layers

IMO thats a bit to dark, I know how I could work of that though...
 
Oh sure, everyone's got their own taste. I've got a penchant for the darker stuff, but by all means do you.
 
I like the top one best, just without the splodge on his elbow.
 
Trench would probably have a couple of good suggestions for you if you're still looking for input.
 
Very nice! The text leaves something to be desired, but I love the blending done on the render
