    huh?

yea he prolly will go, but I'm thinkin if they go head-to-head in workouts, batum will leapfrog Gallinari

I'd be ecstatic if the Nets got either.

Memphis will take Lopez...they have way to much depth at guard right now and have no true talent in the frontcourt...

Well they have two draft picks, and there will be alot of big man avaliable @27. I think they might be intrigue at a backcourt of Mayo and Conley. Also doesn't Memphis want to go more uptempo?

IDK...Mayo and Gordon are both on the short side for SG...considering that there frontcourt is horrible I think that looking at Lopez or another big man would be smart.

Why does everyone think Mayo is small for a SG? I think that's ridiculous.

I have been watchin Hardin for years now and for as much upside that he has, he never put it together at Cal. If you cant stay on the floor for more than 15 minutes, especially when the game is on the line, you arent going to have a very good NBA career. He has the size and the athletic ability to play in the NBA, but for some reason he cant seem to put it together yet. IMO I wouldnt draft him in the first, especially considering all the big men that could be had in the late first this year.

I gotta update this. Randolph will probably go in the lottery, but he has bust written all over him imo.

I'd like to say that I don't think Beasley should be labeled a lock to go #1 like a lot of people are saying. I'd take Rose #1 for a lot of teams at the top of the draft.

    Miami - Toss Up
    Seattle - Rose without question
    Memphis - Beasley without question
Minnesota - Toss Up, but I'd lean towards Rose
    New York - Rose
    LA Clippers - Rose
    Milwaukee - Beasley
    Charlotte - Beasley

I played ESPN's lottery sim many times the other day and couldn't figure out why they have Seattle taking Beasley if they win the lottery. I'm a Duck fan, and I like Ridnour, but Rose is a far bigger upgrade over Ridnour than Beasley is over Durant or Green, the players they just picked last draft.

    Some more questions ...

Is there a team in the league that would even think about taking somebody else or trading the pick if they get the 2nd pick and the player they want goes #1? A trade could be possible, but I doubt it. If one of the teams that would be happy with either player wins the lottery, would they trade down to #2 if the #2 team needs one player over the other? That I could see happening. Who would each of these teams take with the 3rd pick?

If I was a GM I'd liked to get my hand of a Beasley, the guy can come in and make a Carmelo-type impact. No knock on Rose, he's gonna be a stud, but I'd choose Beasley.

Miami - Probaby Lopez or Bayless.
    Seattle - Bayless or Mayo
    Memphis - Mayo/Lopez
    Minnesota - Lopez/Mayo
    New York - Mayo/Bayless
    LA Clippers - Bayless/Mayo
    Milwaukee - Lopez/Griffin
    Charlotte - Lopez

Can I get some info on Danilo? I've seen so many spots. ESPN has him at 14, nbadraft.net has him at 7, draftexpress at 6.
I don't want a highlight video, those showing nothing. How good is he at defending? How about shooting and driving?

He can drive, he can shoot, and he's a savvy defender

and he's also a disappointment waiting to happen

I think I'd have it like this:

I admit I haven't seen Bayless enough (once or twice all season long), but I believe Mayo and Lopez are the third and fourth-best prospects in this class.

With all the big men Seattle has I don't think they'd draft a big man. Memphis is a high tempo team, not a system lopez would thrive in.

Hardin and Batum both made huge financial mistakes pulling out of the 2007 draft.
