What is the Grizzly fan take on the swindle being committed on Memphis by the majority (out-of-town) owner? It looks like he wants to be the Southwest Division version of Seattle's Clay Bennett. Do you think he can weasel out of his 16 year lease for the forum and sell the team to another city?

The story in the Commercial Appeal said they can move with substantial penalties...$105.4 Million next year and sliding lower each year.
