Mussina will be the 3rd starter when Andy Pettitte is cleared to return from the DL. The Yankees will be playing 20 games without an off day, so eating innings will be crucial for all the starters, especially Mussina. Hopefully Girardi does better than Joe did last year.

A.J. was injured for 48 games last year, after having two stints in the DL the year before. When healthy, Burnett is an above-average starter. The last two years he has finished 10-8 the last two years, with sub 4 ERAs. Burnette will have to be careful with the hot Yankee's left handers.

Damn you and your losing predictions! But, I really hope AJ can return to form. We just need 6 solid innings from him. If he can get his fastball going and his slider, we'll be in good shape.

I'm predicting we lose every single game of the season.

Jeez. So when you win it's a pleasant surprise? The Underdog Yankees. "We expect to lose, but we win."

Yup. Except when playing the Blue Jays and Mussina and Hallady aren't pitching.

Your tables are huge, but I'm not fixing them, though.

Burnett is doing a great job. This is how we need him to pitch.
