Rays (3-2) at Yankees (3-3) Game 1 Friday: Andy Sonnanstine (Win) vs Kennedy (Loss) Rays 13 Yankees 4 Game 2 Saturday: Edwin Jackson (Win) vs Andy Pettitte (Loss) Save: Reyes, Rays 6 Yankees 3 Game 3 Sunday: James Shields (Loss) vs Wang (Win) Save: Rivera Yankees 2 Rays 0 Game 4 Monday: NATIONAL TV ESPN2 7PM Jason Hammel vs Mike Mussina Injuries: Rays: Scott Kazmir (off April 5) and Ben Zobrist 15 day DL Yankees: Andy Pettitte 15 Day DL (off April 5) It going to be interesting if the teams still have bad blood. Elliot Johnson, who had that big hit on Cervelli is made it on the 40 man roster, would the Yankees go after him if he comes up to bat? I think it is going to be interesting battle between Sonnanstine and Kennedy. Both pitcher are very young and talented. Kennedy has started 3 games, 1-0 1.89 ERA 13 H 15 SO. Sonnanstine was 6-10 last year with a 5.85 ERA and 97 SO.

It will be interesting to see if he is 100%, he has missed most of spring training.
Great Game! Ian Kennedy got rocked early and Cliff Floyd and Carlos Pena had clutch homeruns. 1 down 3 to go.
Great game for the Rays. Edwin Jackson was shaky at first but turned in a great game. I was scared at the end if the bullpen was going to be like last year and lose huge leads. Gomes had some good and bad moments, Good: 4 RBIs and HR Bad: Tagged out of what he thought was a HR and error which lead to the 1 run. Another note: Starting Rays Catcher Dioneer Navarro fell while going into the dugout during game 1, busting his hand open, needing 12 stitches, and was placed on the 15 day DL.
