the nets want swift to opt out

the nets can get under the cap is swift opts out. thats the reason why he will not play with this team for the rest of the season besides the fact that he's retarded. IMO, swift not playing is a message to him that he will not play here this year or next. it's still unlikely he opts out but damn, plz do it stro. part of me thinks that had something to do for trading him for collins, in hopes he opts out

if anyone's making an asshole move, it's the nets. they traded for him with the intention of trying to piss him off so much that he opts out. as a human being with responsibilities why would he leave 6 million dollars behind? not opting out doesn't make him an asshole, it makes him smart. he won't have to demand a trade anyways, he's an expiring contract, the nets will easily be able to move him and i'm sure they wouldn't mind.

Whats the Point in GETTING SWIFT IF YOURE NOT GONNA PLAY HIM. im tellin you. i mean. wow. thats just retarded. im speechless. they brought him to nj (which is bad enough) in order for him to sit in the bench while watching kristic play no defence and run 1.583 mph. they better fire frank + staff to get a fast-paced team i cant stand switching for matchups, getting a lead at halftime and blowing it in the 3rd and finding our selves trying to come back in the 4th but fail miserably
