Just curious, how has the attendance being since the announcement the team might move?

They've had a big history in Seattle, I wish they wouldn't move =(

I hate Oklahoma City, they tried to take the Hornets away from New Orleans

I'm not sure the Hornets will even meet their attendance quota, they'll have to move if that's the case.

Just finished watching, and the thing that struck me was no mention of Bennett's Oklahoma roots. All talk about trying to convince him to be a hero in Seattle by saving the team and that he gave up nearly as soon as he bought the team, but how naive are we? His goal from the very start has obviously been to bring NBA basketball permanently to his home and be a hero there. I can't see any circumstances where he wavers from that.

Sadly it all appears to hinge on the lease and it's legal implications.

I never said they weren't doing well recently, but the average tickets sold per game is the problem.

It's not like they just got hot either, they've been in first place this season and have failed to meet 13/14 K a night.

The year started off well with all the interest in Durant and Green, but as it became clear how bad they were going to be the attendance has dropped off dramaticly. Ticket sales won't show it since a large number of Season Ticket Holders just stopped showing up. These last few games have drawn less warm bodies to the seats than I have ever seen in Seattle.

To be honest, at times this last month this team has been simply painful to watch.
