Hornets' Schedule:
    <ul>[*]Utah[*]@ Minnesota[*]@ L.A. Lakers[*]@ Sacramento[*]L.A. Clippers[*]@ Dallas
Back-to-Back's: Utah/@ Minnesota; @ LAL/@ Sac; Clippers/@ Dallas

They've got three games that I can see them losing: Utah, @ LAL, @ Dallas.

I see wins against: Utah, Minnesota, Sacramento, and the Clippers
Losses Against: @ Lakers, @ Dallas

    Final Record Prediction: 58-24.

    Spurs' Schedule
    <ul>[*]Phoenix[*]Seattle[*]@ L.A. Lakers[*]@ Sacramento[*]Utah
Back-to-Back's: @ Lakers/@ Sacramento.

With the way the Spurs have been playing in their past two games, I can see a loss to the Suns and to the Lakers. However, I think they do beat Phoenix, but lose to the Lakers.

I see wins against: Phoenix, Seattle, @ Sacramento, Utah.
    Loss Against: @ L.A. Lakers.

    Final Record Prediction: 57-25.

    Lakers' Schedule
    <ul>[*]@ Portland[*]@ L.A. Clippers[*]New Orleans[*]San Antonio[*]Sacramento
Back-to-Back's: @ LAC/New Orleans

We end with a 3 game home schedule that could determine our seeding, actually, will more than likely determine our seed.

I honestly, no bias here, think we win the season out. New Orleans has a tough time against us, they beat us in the 2nd half of the game Gasol went down. We routed them by something like 30 when we had Bynum, healthy. Not worried about them. The Spurs, however, should give us a good game.

    Final Record Prediction: 58-24.

I think if we beat New Orleans, the season series will be tied. I don't know what they go to after that, conference record? Last time I checked, I believe we had a better record in that department than them? ESPN had a highlight up about that a week or so back.

Yes, the conference record is the next tie breaker I believe, and if everything goes as you say we should have the first seed. It will definitely be a close call.

Tuesday's NO vs Jazz game is HUGE. If the Jazz manage to beat the Hornets, and I think they have historically played them really well ... then it becomes really simple .. If Lakers win out, they will get the #1 seed. If they don't, they they wont get the #1 seed.

Otherwise, I dont see NO losing to any of the other teams besides the Lakers, and they can afford to lose that game if they win all the other ones

nMg, if the Hornets only lose to us and we win out, we still get #1, right?

Eh, it's going to be difficult to overtake New Orleans. Those two losses against the Bobcats and Grizzlies really hurt us. I'm not too worried about the standings, I just want us to win the division. That's priority number one. The players have to take each game at a time, and things will work out themselves.

nah, they would finish a game ahead of us .. that's why we need Utah to help us on Tuesday. If they do, then we control our own destiny

Aside from Utah, Dallas has a shot to beat them if they still haven't clinched.

SAC is a hailmary I'll throw out there.

well, if Dallas clinches the 7th seed before the final game, which is very plausible the way both GS and Denver keep losing, then they will probably sit their guys because that game would be meaningless to them. So I'm already chalking that up as a W for the Hornets because I fully expect Dallas to clinch.

The way I see it, it's gotta be Utah

I pretty much covered this point in my previous point.

The Clips have Brand back, that's another hailmary for us.

I wouldn't say that Dallas has it clinched. As horribly as the Warriors and Nugs have played, Dallas hasn't exactly been spectacular.

I'd say our best shot is Utah though. If they can beat them and we manage to beat them, I think we get the top seed. But, with how unpredictable this year has been, I wouldn't doubt to see the Hornets (or anyone for that matter) falter against an inferior opponent.

    I still don't think they're legit.

When we were healthy and clicking, we crushed them. I expect the same to happen in the playoffs.

I don't think they can hold their own in a 7 game series against the Lakers or the Spurs.

I'm actually becoming afraid of Phoenix. They're clicking right away. I don't want them unless we've got a healthy Bynum.

dal would be ok i think , would not mind HOU either. But Warriors could be difficult, too cuz they play fast bball - 2 fast 4 us.
2days game is a must win, but i think this won´t be easy.

    Dallas is my dream opponent.

I know the Lakers would erupt if that happens.

If we win today and tomorrow then we might just make a strong push for #1.
