Rick Barry hates everyone , he hates everything about modern basketball it seems. He is a very very angry dude. So it came as a shock to me when he that he absolutely loves Kobe, thinks he has been unfairly labeled selfish his whole career, is ahead of MJ in terms of skills at the same age but whether he accomplishes as much as MJ remains to be seen, and is the ultimate competitor who brings it every night. anyhow, i dunno if this deserved it's own thread, but i felt it was worth mentioning because it was so shocking to me.
