Hell yea. Let someone else be stupid and pay for an expensive bench player that gets raped in the paint by smaller players.

If you can't play D you will be out of the NBA in no time.

Any body heard from JJ Redick

 

I'm sure the Spurs would love to have Krstic on their roster (they were thinking of drafting him in 2002), but who knows what they'd be willing to spend. Usually they just keep their core of Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili and pick up good free agents for pennies.

 

Whatever. He's expendable and it would save us money.

 

I'm sure Krstic does want more money, but after the injury he's had and the resulting season he's had I surely don't see him cashing in. Plus he's a restricted FA; I'm not worried.

 

I'm pro-retaining Kristic, but he has to do what is best for him and his fam.

 

The best the Spurs could do is what...the full MLE? I'd match that.

I'd trade Krstic for Ian if Diop is a part of our plans.

 

I hope we find a team that really wants Krstic. Then, they could throw money at him, and we could try to hook up a sign and trade and get someone good back.
