Wow, congrats to Kidd on his 100th Triple Double. I was watching it somewhat and Kidd had a great jumpshot today. I think it was very wise of the Mavs to avoid LA.
Nice win. Didn't see the game, but read the boxscore. I'm guessing they put a shorter and quicker guy on Dirk again? Dirk can't seem to handle shorter and quicker defenders. Way to finish the season with a bang Kidd. I think he planned this, hes 100th triple double on the last regular season game. Lol.
What an awesome second half. It was just a playoff atmosphere and both teams fought back and forth. Kidd was just amazing. Drilling shots from everywhere. Bass was a MONSTER. And Terry is definitely going to be the x-factor in this series. One other thing. I think the Mavs found a weakness in NO. Once they started pestering Paul and getting the ball out his hands, Hornets just fell apart.

That was a great game, sent a message to the New Orleans Hornets that 2v7 won't be easy for them. Dirk was ice-cold today and we still managed to get a good victory. Kidd with his 100th triple double to clinch the 7th seed and the Mavericks are on a roll into the playoffs, unfortunately the Hornets will be so prepared for games 1 and 2. I thought Bass played an excellent role on offense and defense with rebounds, blocking and nasty dunks - he really should be playing good minutes against the Hornets. The few things that worried me in that game were; the interior defense - it was really only Bass, why did Dampier get so little time? No one switched on screens and Paul got a good number of easy inside passes which lead to open dunks. Rebounding, hustling everything else was fine. Terry and Kidd were phenomenal
