KG is racist, and he's a punk. He is always trying to act tough, starting fights, but he never backs it up once a fight starts to break out.

    LOL, I think he's fake.

but I think he's a good person, and he's desire to win at time, you can't say you don't like that in a player. Even tho he's really a loser, but yea..

The Hawks have already done so much to blast holes in the Eastern Conf favs. It makes me appreciate all the playoff experience that the Pistons already have. The Pistons have their hands full with Orlando though, and could be looking at their own 7 game drama in round 2

KG once lynched a kid. I don't get this whole KG's desire to win thing. Lots of players have that same desire to win. Ben Gordon, Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, Joakim Noah, etc. all ahve that desire to win.

I remember the Kings-T'wolves game 7, a couple of years back where they were up 1 with like a minute to go, and the shot clock was at 1,and this dude shot from like 28 feet back, and it went in, that was special, it ended up winning the game.

The only thing I heard about Garnett lynching someone was this:
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Garnett and four others were charged with second-degree public lynching -- the victim suffered a hairline fracture of an ankle -- and after going through a pretrial intervention program for first-time offenders, the charges were dropped. Garnett has always maintained he was just a bystander, like many other students, and not a participant in the incident.

He enrolled at Farragut, where he helped the school to a city title, a 28-2 record and the state quarterfinals. With colleges panting, Garnett struggled to make the qualifying SAT score. The NBA was waiting.</div>

    <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>MAY 1994
    • Involved in a situation at school, where a white student suffered a fractured ankle. Five Mauldin black youths were arrested. Garnett was among them, and was led away in handcuffs. They were charged with second-degree lynching. After they went through a pretrial intervention program for first-time offenders, the charges were dropped.</div>

I'm guessing it was Sam Cassell, he was hitting crazy clutch 3s for the wolves.

I'm thoroughly shocked that this series is going to game seven. Personally, I'm officially rooting for the Hawks. If they pull of this, I'd have to say it's the biggest upset in NBA history.

How pathetic is it for Boston that this is the only series that has gone to 7 games..?

Lol, BG hates KG. I don't know how he is rasist, but if you say so. Hawks have been great, and they couldn't have played better. If they win this series, I'll be the happiest guy on S2.

I'm watching all the Celtics get interviewed on ESPN, they look so dejected. By the way Allen, KG, and others have been responding, you might think that they have already lost the series. KG is even saying stuff like, "...never seen this atmosphere in Atlanta, must be a lot of people jumping on their bandwagon..." That's funny because we could say the same thing about his team this year. The Hawks are *clearly* in the heads of the Celtics. There is no way you can predict who is going to win that next game. It's gonna be fun on Sunday!

Leon Powe demonstrates how the Celtics feel right about now.

IIRC, the KG was in a simple school fight. But, some arcane "lynching" law was brought up which allowed prosecutors to characterize the kids as a mob and charge him for just being affiliated with them (even though there was no evidence he actually did anything). It doesn't really make Garnett out as a racist and, if anything, exposes a backwards South Carolina legal system.

    Oh, and go Hawks! CAW!

Everybody seems to be rooting for the hawks to win! WE WANT AN UPSET!!!!!

Game 6 was great, with Marvin Williams stepping up, the hawks played great.

Gotta say, Posey is damn clutch.

I'm rooting for the Hawks too.

    NOTTTTT

    lol

Great game, and remember that your team shot 22 more Free Throws than the Celtics. Every time a Hawks player would drive to the basket, he would get a foul. It was a different story on the other end.

Can't wait for tomorrow. Another 20+ point win. (like the other 3 games lol)

As for the Hawks shocking the world, I know that they would have won the series if they were matched up with Orlando or Cleveland. So the Cavs will be much easier for us compared to the Hawks who have one of the best frontcourts in the NBA, plus two great shooters in Bibby and JJ.
