Jordan should be much better than Patrick O'Bryant. I don't really even see that much of a comparison between the two except they're both centers.
Joe Alexander would be a solid, safe pick. He's tough, plays hard, can shoot and rebound and is athletic. If they lose Boki, he could do a lot of things Boki did and probably play better D.

Nice try, but Monta was a dominating scorer in HS. The question was, did you like Marcus Banks before the draft as well? You keep trying to make it some direct comparison instead of answering the question.

Budinger kind of floats through games, but Alexander is a guy who pretty much carried that West Virginia team, and has a fire that the Nets need. I'd be okay if they wound up with either guy, but I like Alexander more. To the poster who's comparing Westbrook to Monta Ellis, you are dreaming. Monta Ellis would have dominated on the college level, while Westbrook didn't do anything out of the ordinary at UCLA other than show some flashes. Ellis is much quicker, smoother and more athletic than Westbrook.
