Jordan should be much better than Patrick O'Bryant. I don't really even see that much of a comparison between the two except they're both centers.

Joe Alexander would be a solid, safe pick. He's tough, plays hard, can shoot and rebound and is athletic. If they lose Boki, he could do a lot of things Boki did and probably play better D.

I hope CDR moves up in the draft, otherwise I see us taking Budinger to replace Boki.

Ok““ Westbrook's not a pure point guard, more of a combo, so your point is...? Marcus Banks has NOTHING to do with Westbrook.

Westbrook is a 6-3 combo guard that can't run the point and doesn't shoot well. At best, he is an off the bench defensive specialist.

Marcus Banks was a better pro prospect.

a 6-3 combo guard that can't run the point and doesn't shoot well? He'll never make it!

I still don't know why you are bringing up Marcus Banks. Banks was a lottery pick, he was a better pro prospect than a lot of players, so what's your point?

Nice try, but Monta was a dominating scorer in HS.

The question was, did you like Marcus Banks before the draft as well? You keep trying to make it some direct comparison instead of answering the question.

I fully admit to not be an expert on this, but 10 seems a little early to be taking him, and he will probably be gone by 21. Or am I wrong on this?

You are the one trying to make a direct comparison to Marcus Banks, which is ridiculous. Banks was a lottery pick who busted, so what?

Wesbtrook is not Marcus Banks. They are two different players.

Yeah, 10 would be a reach for Joe A, but he seems to get "it" a little more than Budinger. Budinger kind of floats through games, but Alexander is a guy who pretty much carried that West Virginia team, and has a fire that the Nets need. I'd be okay if they wound up with either guy, but I like Alexander more.

To the poster who's comparing Westbrook to Monta Ellis, you are dreaming. Monta Ellis would have dominated on the college level, while Westbrook didn't do anything out of the ordinary at UCLA other than show some flashes. Ellis is much quicker, smoother and more athletic than Westbrook.

Ok, so I say I wasn't a Marcus Banks fan, and you say he's better than Westbrook, yada yada, correct?

    Nice point.

"How is Westbrook a better prospect than Marcus Banks?" which leads to how bad Marcus Banks sucks, and how bad Westbrook sucks, so basically

    Marcus Banks blows.

Marcus Banks is better than Russell Westrbook.

    Therefore, Russell Westbrook really blows.

    Cool.

Glad to see you are continue to be an immature ass about this. Best part is that you continue to be wrong.

Not even close to the next question I would ask.
