I'll save the time for you. I'm indifferent on Banks, Tony Allen. I like Dixon, Monta Ellis, Leandro Barbosa, Delonte West, Louis Williams. I'm not a fan of Luther Head, Fred Jones, Flip Murray. Any other "comparable" prospects you want to talk about or do you want to get to your point already?
So what happened? There was no point to these dumbass questions? Or did I already get to your point that which you denied?

Frankly, I'm shocked you like Westbrook based upon the conversations we've had in the past on prospects. I'm not that concerned with combo guards you liked and disliked, but other players that had relatively similar characteristics for their position. I'll just move the conversation in a different direction. What role do you see Westbrook developing into in the NBA?
6th man, off the bench instant energy. Fires up team, possible defensive specialist. All you did was give me a list of PG/SG/SF's from past years draft. I don't see how that has relevance to anything.

Do you like Kosta Koufos? Did you like Chris Kaman? Do you like Kevin Love? You wouldn't take an electric 6th man with a lottery pick? Do you expect the Nets to draft a starter @ 10?

I don't want a project that is multiple years away from competing.

Counting guys like House, Terry, Stuckey, Farmar, etc, every elite team except maybe the Spurs has an undersized SG slash converted shoot-first PG as a key reserve -- so that kind of player definitely has value. But that doesn't mean you should spend a lottery pick on them. Probably best to add one later after we've rebuilt our core.

A top ten pick is where you take the best left out of the bunch. 21 is where we look for that energy 6th man.
