I've always had a lot of respect for Eric Smith. And he responded to Stephen A.'s idiocy pretty intelligently. As for Stephen A., that ESPN gig is really the only thing preventing him from fading into obscurity. He's lost his job at the Inquirer (for halfassing articles), he lost his show (because of how crappy it was), and nobody takes him seriously anymore. If ESPN wasn't so desperate to replicate the "Charles Barkley type" in their NBA broadcasts, he'd lose that job too.
You wonder the flack the Raptors have been taking, if they will come out angry, we have been searching for it for awhile now, maybe we may see it tomorrow, i hope so.

I think he's a phenonmenal young player and one of the most humble people I've ever known in the NBA. I was just having fun and didn't mean to offend him in anyway. Sorry Chris!
