Yes, he's recently tried out with Denver and and San Antonio, but what if we can't get Nenad back? Is that the only scenerio where we can, or should, give Benson another chance? Clearly, he had a great year stat wise. I'm really surprised he hasn't been called up to the NBA yet, but he's announced in his blog he will not be in the D-League next year so... thoughts?
I wouldn't mind giving him another camp invite, even if only to get more good stories from his blog. The situation with our bigs is up in the air, who knows how much of a shot he'd get here. There is Boone and Williams under contract...I really doubt Swift would not pick up his option so he'll be there too. Krsitc and Diop could both be gone. But then again, any of them could be thrown in with RJ or Vince in a trade.
no, we need a post big man, not another guy with no offensive game and is all energy/hustle. we have to many of them.
He really needs to hit the weights. Other than that, I have no problem with sending him another camp invite.

We had him in camp last year, and since then he's really shown an improvement so why not? Hell he'll help our team out more than KVH can.

He got a good deal done and with his contract being ideal for a trade ($4.75 million after July 1 with a small buyout in October) he is likely to help again. I would much rather have KVH on the roster than Benson (who is no doubt going to Europe)

Right now KVH is just taking up a roster through the rest of the season; the residue left over from the Kidd trade. The possibility of him getting traded again is merely speculation, if that. Even then I can only imagine the league's reaction if we try and trade him again after the criticisms recieved the first time. But of course, I was talking about helping us out on the basketball court.
