07/08 Season in Review: Marcus Williams

D-,Marcus would fit better somewhere else,not with a coach like Frank.

 

I gave him a C- because at times, he seemed to be the only one hitting threes. Was very inconsistant but must have lost all confidence when he broke his foot.

 

I gave him a D-.

I'm still holding out some hope that Marcus will develop but I wouldn't be upset if they traded him in the off-season.

 

D-, to me, he was not even average or adequate. he really looked bad most of the time.

 

F, horrible all season, lost major minutes ona team going nowhere to a 200 year old darrel armstrong late in the season. wish we can trade him for dooling or duhon

 

I gave him an "A" to improve his trade value.

 

F. A truly terrible player.

 

LOL I remember a poll on BBf.com where most Nets fans thought he would be better than Deron Williams

Haha, yup. I remember having seen Deron play, like, once...while having seen Marcus quite a few times.

Oh, and I still hate Deron.

My greatest hope is that Mark Jackson sees a lot of himself in this guy and wants a chance to fix him.

If Isaiah was there we might have been able to exchange 1st rd picks and give them Marcus. Don't think Walsh would do that.

 

Gave him an F. I mean how in the world the guy can think he is special if he is simply atrocious?!
