The new GM and a new Head Coach in Milwaukee have a roster full of non-Skiles-types. Appears to be a good time to attempt to pry some of their better players. So which Nets would appeal to Skiles?
Jason Kidd, Vince Carter, Ben Wallace, Tim Thomas, Tyson Chandler and Jamal Crawford aren't Skiles types of players

(Answer might be the same) Youre right though, they will be active. Problem is that there are so many bad contracts: Simmons, Bell, Gadzuric, that he will be hard pressed to move all that fast. Since he doesn't have excess picks, he is even more hamstrung in making deals.

Skiles is a control freak that wants everything done his way. No free lancing on the court and no dissenting opinions off the court. He values grit and hard work over talent, believes in defense first and doesn't stop riding players when they make simple mistakes.
There aren't many players from Milwaukee that I think I would even want outside of Redd. Only other ones that I find interesting are Bogut and maybe Bell. And Bell is the only one I could see them parting with. Not sure I'm that interested in him anymore with Kidd gone. I thought he would have made a good combo guard off the bench.

The odd thing to me is that Hammond has been very involved with player development in his career while Skiles has a poor track record of developing players as a coach.

If your assessment of his "type" of players is correct, it's obvious that none of the Nets players are his type of players. And, frankly, there aren't too many of that type anywhere in the league.
Trent Hassell. Josh Boone. He might like Diop and Nachbar, but they are FA. He would hate RJ, both Wiliamses. Basically, the Nets have nothing to offer Skiles. Skiles will like Bogut. Bogut will now be the focal point of that team - which is how it should have been from the start. Mo Williams absolutely cannot play for the Bucks. He won't last five minutes into the first practice.
Hassell, Diop and Boone are the only Nets I see that could fit into a Skiles system. Hammond might like Ager
No player with the Josh Boone's self-confidence fragility would fit what cpawfan described as a Skiles-type player. Hassell is the only guy that MIGHT.
