I wouldn't mind if the Giants took DeSean Jackson. He's a REAL electrifying athlete, NOT a pretender like Sinorice Moss. Of course, they could take another tweener LB/DE to replace Torbor. Maybe a Purdue back-to-backer? Or they could take a chance on my boy - the best player still left...
PA; The jest reached for a 1 trick pony and your buddy Ted got more than adequate compensation. I think the Texans got a diamond in the rough. I'm no fan of Va Tech but they produce solid pros. My guess; The G Men w/ Phillips (S from Miami) & the phins get Kelly or Thomas.

He might be the fastest football player I've ever seen
Wow... Jaws is talking smack to Keyshawn about fried chicken. That's pretty bad... What do the 'Phins fans think of the DE pick?

I think I mentioned earlier and the idiots on ESPN weren't listening. Miami was NOT going to get a QB. I love the pick of Merling. Great value. J Taylor is as good as gone if not gone already.
Good job by Parcells there. I know Merling will be a good player for them. They would never have gotten him there if he hadn't had the hernia surgery.

Ok I saw Avery being a 2nd round pick, but I did NOT see him getting drafted ahead of all the other WRs

Good question. This guy Nelson sounds like a decent prospect, I guess, but the Packers already have Driver, Jennings and Jones, not to mention Martin. They need defensive backs, tackles and a tight end... WR is not even remotely a need area for Green Bay. I don't know what Thompson is doing here. A shame that KC took Flowers right ahead of the Pack. I was really hoping TT would snag him. Epic fail.
Could it be the Pack are trying to spread things out as a way to bring Rodgers along? It seems to me that Tedford QB's come from wide open systems & tend to collapse in conventional schemes i.e. Akili Smith & Boller?
