Its widely known that in Bill Parcell's opinion you win in the NFL by running the football and stopping the run....Big Tuna stuck with that gut feeling in his 1st draft in Miami, drafting 3 O-Lineman, 3 D-Lineman, and 2 RBs....so you ask, Where's the Beef? A ton of it is on a plane to Miami:

    1st) Jake Long OT 6'7'' 315 lbs
    2nd) Phillip Merling 6'4'' 276 lbs
    3rd) Kendall Langford 6' 5'' 287 lbs
    4th) Shawn Murphy 6'4'' 320 lbs
    6th) Donald Thomas 6'3'' 303 lbs
    7th) Lionel Dotson 6'3'' 296 lbs

    1797 lbs/6 lineman....an average of 299lbs

add to that 2 big RBs:

    6th) Jalen Parmele 5'11'' 224lbs
    6th) Lex Hillard 5'11'' 231 lbs

you think Tuna values big power players?

Here is to hoping there is an outbreak of Mad Cow disease in Foxboro, northern Jersey, & Western NY for years to come.

I really like the lineman taken in the 4th, 6th, & 7th... That is 2 years running the phins have taken a lineman who played college ball here in Utah in round 4.

FWIW; Shawn Murphy is the son former Atlanta Braves CF Dale Murphy

I have a real good feeling about the RB from Toledo & DT from Arizona.

I'm somewhat surprised that a CB wasn't taken but it won't ruin my weekend.
