You know Cuban regrets it. He's just trying not to look like an idiot.

There is no doubt in my mind he wishes he had Devin and Diop right now.

He's not saying the trade worked out necessarily, he's saying that with where his team was at the time, and knowing what he knew then without the 20/20 vision of hindsight, he would always make that move.

from what I've seen from regular season and PO Mavs aren't doing good not only because of Kidd, although his offense or lack thereof is one of the main reasons. Mavs can't just ride one player (Dirk) and hope for the miracle. Josh Howard is playing like he is smoking not only in the off season, Stack is just zero and JET is a factor in every 3rd game...

    Then he is a fool.

When they made this trade, They stated this trade was to make them contenders but in all it was really a desperate attempt to keep up with the other Western Teams.

He traded a young point guard for an old one.

This is a team with a former MVP, Coach of the year, and future hall of fame Kidd.

Dallas Fans should be upset. It's not like you can promise oh next year will be different. The West is getting better and better.

The Hornets this is only their second year in the playoffs.

As I stated before the Mavs doing this trade made no difference. They were not contenders before the trade and they sure as hell aren't now. Only thing they did was dig their self in a deeper hole.

When the time comes to part with Dirk. They would have at least still had Diop Harris or Howard. Now you only have Howard who has not been the same since this trade.

The Mavs are going to keep getting worse.

The Miami Heat series hurt them

The Golden State series bruised and embarrassed them.

The Hornets series will be it. It's a wrap.
