Jazz gave it their all so this was a good game to bring the Lakers back down to earth.

So many turnovers and missed layups by the Lakers it was nuts. I liked how the Lakers kept them off the glass most of the game and made them shoot jumpers, but credit to the Jazz for knocking down all their shots. Okur and Boozer had huge games.

I dont expect these two (booz and Okur) to be on fire all series however. Kobe had another excellent outing but the rest of his team were somewhere in the clouds most of the game. The bench was horrible, Luke gave up that stupid jump ball that could have cut the lead to 2 with :14 ticks left, and the turnovers... bleh

Expect the Lakers to be fired up for Game 4. Im sure they want to end it in LA.

Jazz looked pretty vulnerable tonight in spite of our foolish play.

Maybe, but you can't expect Gasol to play perfect everyday. Lets just hope this horrible game he played will motivated him to play good the next game,

He's always lacked a bit as a rebounder though. This isn't the first time he got physically dominated on the glass.

I'm pulling for him of course though.

There is a difference between playing good every game and what Gasol did tonight. He was worthless out there. He's afraid of Boozer, ok..that's cool, but at least try getting a bored. He had no POSITIVE impact on the game. He didn't even try...he just looked...like Kwame out there.

Did you guys happen to see Boozer's reaction after he shot that killer jumper?

Did you see who he looked and screamed at? LOL He looked at Kobe...

Coz' of that book Game 4 as a win! Utah almost lost today with only Kobe catching fire, They wont win if he does it again with Pau also catching fire LOL

Oh and another observation from the game... We lost by only 5 points with our bench being horrible (especially farmar and sasha) at the same time our big man (gasol) committed so many TO's... if we clean this up then we'll have Utah's number in game 4

The Jazz didn't beat us last night, we beat ourselves and were playing short handed after Fisher picked up two quick fouls. Utah really benefited from being at home and getting an overwhelming amount of calls in their favor.

What happened to Gasol? He was getting hit in the back when he caught the ball in the post and wasn't getting the foul called.

Kobe was mugged on the layup which would have put the Jazz only up by 3 points but again the refs didn't blow the whistle and the ball rolled out. I also though the leg whip takedown Kirilenko made on Kobe should have been a flagrant foul. He made no play on the ball and took Kobe down like a soccer player would.

The play that took us out of the game though was when Boozer missed a free throw and Luke didn't box him out. Boozer grabbed the rebound and scored a layup off his own miss. This was a 5 point swing for Utah late in the game.

I think the Lakers will make a few adjustments in Game 2 and really attack Utah in the post with Gasol with back door cutters slashing the baseline when the double team comes.

I missed when Tirico and Brown talked about it, but he looks to be in serious pain.

Error Jordan. I like that name. LG is good for something.

What the **** is wrong with the refs. We're getting absolutely hacked out there and they're not calling shit. On the other side, if we even touch the Jazz players, it's an automatic foul. What the **** is going on. Stop playing around and put in Mbenga. If they want to continue playing dirty, it's time to send a message. Like DJ lay them out
