You should be worried about the next opponent though, whether its the Hornets or the Spurs.</div> It's hard to say because we don't know the extent of Kobe's injury and we've seen this Laker team fall apart mentally when teams give them resistence in the playoffs. Lakers had a chance to win both games in Utah and couldn't manage to finish strong to take a game and keep all the pressure on Utah. Now the Lakers find themselves in a must-win situation. </div> Agree about Kobe, he needs to be at least 85% healthy for you guys to win in 6. He couldn't even sit when they did the after game media questions.
If Kobe's back is shredded, then our chances are shredded. He really hurt us in the 4th/OT with his poor play and I just hope that he can come out in game 5 and be efficiently effective. Lamar was monstrous for us. I hate Utah fans so much, you've got no idea. This might be a series that goes 7, with the home team winning every game.
Either way, I'm REALLY hoping Kobe decides to rest up this summer. I know he wants to and would LOVE to win a gold medal with Team USA, but the Lakers should be his first priority, as should his health. He really needs to rest up with his finger, ankle, and now his back...

On Yahoo, it says Kobe could barely walk off the court (of course Utah fans were probably cheering their asses off) after the game. Our next game is on Tuesday, right? If Kobe can't get himself healthy, then we're in some serious trouble</div> Our next game is actually Wednesday. We all know Kobe is a warrior and he'll get back and play but still he'll need the other guys to step up more. According to TLN. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Well this isn’t good news. The postgame report mentioned Kobe can’t stand up on the plane due to his back. This must mean it could be a little more serious than we think. Also, when he went to the podium, he was standing up. Definetely not good signs… What do you guys think? This is definitely something I for one am worried about.</div> TLN
I'm not too familiar with back injuries, but I heard that they end up feeling even worse the very next day. So that basically means Kobe will have two days of rest to heal his back. And I'm not sure if he'll be able to do it. More than likely, we will see Kobe playing less than 70% on Wednesday. All that we can do is hope the medical staff has something up their sleeves to ease up the pain (lol better pray they don't make it even worse) In other words, we're kind of screwed IMO... Time for Pau and Lamar to really step up
We have no chance at a title without a healthy Kobe, I do think we can just get by in LA against Utah, though. I doubted him with his finger, hopefully he proves me wrong again.
I'm hoping Kobe's back is just a 24-48 hour severe pain thing. I'm sure he'll go in the remaining games, but it depends on how healthy he is.
After we lost I forgot all about the bridesmaids playing today. Good thing that series will be drawn out too after the SA win.
Barkley is an ass clown when it comes to the Lakers. He ripped us all year until we started winning. Then, it killed him to give us our props, he'll shred Kobe's game whenever he gets the chance too.

Doesn't matter who it's towards. Funny commment by him though today about Kobe, I'd have to unfortunately agree with Chuck. You saw how Kobe got Fish and Lamar some crucial shots down the stretch, he should have kept doing that and we would have won the game, plain and simple.

Sometimes he tells shit how it is, but at other times, you wanna just sock him in his mouth.

Radman's had the best individual peaks out of the three this season too. Too bad he's inconsistent.
