I dont know about all that... but one thing's for sure. He needs to work his ass off in this offseason. I want him to be part of the rotation next year and play 15-20 minutes. And study the playbook. Learn yout position. Defense is not only about Blocks.
he needs to get nasty...try to dunk on everyone and deliver hard fouls...he needs to get (young) k-mart crazy...

In my opinion, it takes experience...and a bit of willingness to learn from one's mistakes...or just to learn things in general.
