    Rich Franklin and Sean Sherk

Arguably the 2nd or 3rd best fighters at their weight class IN THE WORLD. Value pics.

Man, I'm starting to look like a UFC nuthugger.

with their pick in the 4th round, the Scottish Fighting Championship is taking.. The Dean of Mean Keith Jardine!!

with a 13-3 record Jardine is still up and coming and because he trains at Jackson's camp he's only getting better.
with victories over Chuck Liddel and Forrest Griffin (both picked ahead of him) it's only natural that he's all set to face Shogun in a battle for the #1 spot at LHW.

crap... tough time figuring out which direction I'm going to go..

    alright lets do this.

I'm going to take a man who can put asses in the seats since the name of the game is to sell tickets to more than just the MMA hardcore fans cough-speeds-cough, I'm going to get a guy who may no longer be on the top of his game, but he's very well know and has been part of a couple of the largest fighters ever in North America... that's right I'm taking The Huntington Beach Bad Boy Tito Ortiz!!!

and unlike Country Breakfast or an aging iceman, he still wants to fight, just not for Dana White!

Mitsuhiro "Endless Fighter" Ishida and Tim "Maine-iac" Sylvia

Another two guys arguably top 3 in their weight class.

Say what you will about big tim he's one of the most difficult heavies in the world right now.

It is debatable Ishida is the best fighter left in DREAM's lightweight GP. If he is able to advance against Uno and beat Akoi he is making a genuine case for himself to be ranked at the top of the deepest weight class in the world.

I think you're forgetting BJ Penn and Gomi [IMG]

and a loss to Aoki puts him behind those 3, JZ and possibly Sherk.
Uno is done so it's a gimme fight IMO.

dang had a tough time deciding where to go with this pick, there's so much value out there to be had.

alrighty then, it's time to start my WW division and who better than a man who has gone 9-2 in the UFC and is getting a chance to put the country breakfast himself into retirement.. Thiago Alves!!

he's young, plenty of experience in the UFC and after headling the next UFC PPV he'll be a well known commodity.

"Did you see what Matt Hughes did to whats his name?" If that makes a guy a well known commodity I dont want to know what makes a star.

My pick is my other boy, Josh Koscheck

Gomi hasn't been active enough for me lately and hasn't looked worthy of the #1 ranking in his last two fights.

I agree with BJ Penn but there are plenty of people, that know more than me, who believe that these Japanese light weights are better than their north American counter parts.
