What do you guys think about using Jordan Farmar like Chris Paul, Tony Parker, and Deron Williams with the pick and roll? Now, I know what you're thinking about me comparing Farmar to those three........ I'm not, but I do think Farmar can play that kind of PG role effectively, since that is what he was used to also before joining the Lakers. The Lakers already do this with Kobe at times, but I think it would work really well especially when Kobe is on the bench and the 2nd unit is out there and the offense gets stagnant This would also be a great way to use Farmar to his potential and stop him from being the jump shooter/3 point shooter he is right now. This wouldn't work with Fisher, so that's why I brought up Jordan Farmar.
If Phil can get Farmar out of the 3 point shooting and "dribble like you're the king of the court" mentality, I think it would work. Farmar's very good at finishing at the rim.
I agree that hogface has the wrong mentality now, but he's all we got at the PG position as far as finishing at the rim is concerned. It could work, I question his Basketball IQ though.

One thing I noticed about Farmar also is he gets his stuff squatted A LOT when he takes it to the hole. I hope he works on that in the offseason.
