God damn, John Wooden is sharp.

I do agree with ghoti that if the Nets take Love, Sussman will have a stroke.

    Some possibilities--

    "Love you, Kevin"

    "Crazy Love" (a GUARANTEE)

"Love the one you're with" (on an assist)

"Love Child" (or is that when Brooklyn congressman Vito Fossella enters the building?)

"Love Hurts" (another GUARANTEE for dunks)

    "Love Machine"

    and of course, "Lovely"

Love is an amazing passer but I'm not sure if he's really what we need. Plus he's another one of those boom or bust prospects who many believe was good in college but can't handle the pros (like Hansbrough). I'm not sure about Love.

Personally, if we get Kevin Love, I hope we can get his uncle and his friends to perform at halftime during games.

Which is why cpawfan pointed out that there is a prospects forum.

I wanted to talk about him as related to the Nets, though, so this is as good a thread as any.

He's an interesting guy. I'm still not sure how I'd feel if the Nets take him. I'm leaning toward positive but nervous.

I didn't read the rest of the thread.

I like Kevin Love, but we can only enjoy him if we take him and call him "the Lovemaker".

I wouldn't mind, we could make some great pants jokes.

Update: Kevin Love will not participate in the Orlando Pre-Draft Camp, but has been contacted by the Nets for a private pre-draft workout.

Another possibility for Sussman...reprise the old Donovan song from the 60's and revise: "Wear your Love like Kevin."
