C+, thats the highest grade I'll give anyone. I like him a lot. Hes got speed, good defense and I think he can improve his jumper to the point where it will be a serious threat. Dallas was so dumb to trade this guy.
B+ The only thing that kept him from having an "A" season was his man defense. He looked at picking off passes but this guy was hyped as one of the quickest defenders in the league. I can't remember him shutting down opposing guards.
Incomplete. Apparently he was injured which impacted his lateral movement and thus his defense. Let's see what he can do when he's healed and goes through a training camp.

Combine the two posts, and you've got what I was thinking defensively. Statistically, he set many highs and really elevated his play. Offensively, the only thing that needs improvement is shot selection, and making good, open shots. Of course, there's been reports of him looking forward to working on his shot in the Summer. I gave him a B
Gave him B, because he played worse on defense than it was anticipated. But, I guess ankles have something to do with it. Next season two things to improve for Devin: jump shot percentage and defense = all star from the east!
B+ Did better than most expected I think but the injury set backs an accurate evaluation we really didnt see him play good defense at times.

Not only will Devin Harris have to develop and refine his own skills, but he'll have to gel with everyone else on the team. Now one might say that most of the chemistry issues were dealt with post-trade, but keep in mind that we could have a whole different group out on the floor next year, depending on RJ or Vince sticking around. Also keep in mind the effect that media attention has. I think that's another reason why it might be safer to say he won't become an all-star until the team moves to Brooklyn.

He arrived with a level two ankle sprain...not a bone bruise as Dallas had reported. For those of you who don't remember, a level two ankle sprain is the type 1) RJ had last year and 2) VC had this year...minus the bone fragments and loose bodies. Then, while playing for the Nets, he sprained the other ankle. I am willing to give him a major break, considering that in spite of two ankle sprains, he set personal highs in points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, field goals made and attempted, three pointers made and attempted, offensive rebounds and minutes. The ONLY area where he didn't set a personal high was in free throws made and attempted...in 25 games.
